Aloers

Xarel-lo grapes from the La Pedra Blanca family-owned vineyards in Alt Penedès (Barcelona) cultivated biodynamically. Vines grow on calcareous soils. Some skin and stem contact, indigenous yeast fermentation with 1.5 months of maturation on lees before bottling. Aloers was a name given to farmers in the Middle Ages who owned the land they cultivated.

Tasting Note: Aromas of lemon, peach with white flower, honey, citrus zest on the nose. Medium-bodied, textural, and round on the palate, ripe fruit core with a lees note, fresh acidity, some texture from tannins, good length on the finish
