Miranius

Xarel-lo from organic vineyards, family-owned and also contract growers, in three main regions of Penedès: Plana del Penedès, Muntanyes de l’Ordal, and Vall del Bitlles. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and matured for a few months in tank before bottling. The focus of this is to show the purity of the Xarel-lo grape in its purest way. Miranius takes its name as a tribute to foxes that venture into the vineyards and are delighted by the sweet aromas of the grapes.

Tasting Note: Aromas of yellow plum, lime, grapefruit, and quince with hints of fennel, stone mineral, and sea air on the nose. Fresh and crisp on the palate with a bright core of citrus & orchard fruit, vibrant acidity, rounded texture, and good length on a mineral finish.
