Murmuri

A new project started in 2018 where the Garnacha Blanca (95%) is blended with some Macabeo & other grapes. Vines for the Garnacha Blanca are 20+ years and grow on the famous llicorella soils (reddish-black slate with small mica quartz, layered with clayey soil). Fermentation in steel tanks and matured for 3 months on fine lees in tank (no oak).

Tasting Note: Aromas of peach, apricot, and apple with hints of orange zest, fennel, jasmine, and orange blossom on the nose. Medium body and fresh with juicy fruit & floral/herbal notes, good acidity, rounded texture, good length on the finish with hints of citrus pith.
