ADN Pur Meunier Brut Nature

Pinot Meunier sourced from 2 villages: Festigny and Le Breuil in the Vallée de la Marne. Vines average 47 years growing on silty, clay-limestone soils. Fermentation with ambient yeast in steel or enamel tanks with parcels kept separate and malolactic fermentation avoided. Generally, a 50/50 blend of the most recent 2 vintages, aged on lees for 24-36 months before release, with no dosage.

*ADN is the French translation for DNA

Tasting Note: Aromas of pear, apple, yellow plum, currants with hints of chamomile, honey, dried flowers, and ginger on the nose. Rich and expressive on the palate with a crunchy orchard fruit core, bright acidity, round creamy texture, fine mousse, and hints of spice on a dry finish.
