La Pierre Aux Larrons Grand Cru

100% Chardonnay from the east-facing parcel of La Pierre aux Larrons in Ambonnay with an average vine age of 40 years. Previously found blended into the Empreinte Blanche, the 2013 vintage marks a first as a single vineyard bottling due to favourable growing conditions. A dosage of 2.5 grams per litre.

Tasting Note: Aromas of lemon, green apple, peach, with hints of white flower, pastry cream on the nose. Rich, full, and supple on the palate, fresh orchard fruit, vibrant acidity, creamy mousse, and a lengthy finish with floral and lovely mineral notes. Refined and charming.
