Emotion Blanche

An homage to the rare Pinot Blanc Vrai, from a 1ha plot of older vines and is from a single vintage. The base wine sees some oak (light toast). 4 years on the lees prior to disgorgement with a dosage of 7g per litre.

Tasting Note: Ripe fruit aromas of pear and apples layered with nuances of white flowers, orange zest, chalky mineral and toasty vanilla. Rich yet balanced with its precise acidity. Phenomenal complexity.
