An homage to the historic Pinot Blanc Vrai, from a 1ha plot and, though not stated, this is a single vintage champagne. 4 years on lees before disgorgement, then follows a dosage of 7 grams per litre.

Tasting Note: White orchard fruit, yellow plum, honeycomb with hints of chalky mineral and floral aromas on the nose and its vibrant acidity on the palate, the wine is balanced and full of finesse.
