Le Mont Du Tauxières

An even blend of Pinot Noir & Chardonnay from the Mont de Tauxières vineyard, located on the borders of the communes of Louvois and Tauxières-Mutry. The vineyard is in its 3rd year after converting to fully organic farming. Vines were planted in 1971 & 1973 on clay limestone soils. Aged on lees in new-to-year oak barrels, bottled in July 2018 (for the secondary fermentation) under cork, no filtering, no fining, disgorged March 2023, no dosage. Only 1000 bottles produced.
