Les Vaudayants Rosé

Pinot Noir from 0.4ha parcel in the Les Vaudayants vineyard located in the commune of Bouzy. Vines face south and southwest and were planted in 1975 on clay-limestone soils. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in large 500L oak barrels, maturation in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year barrels and bottled in December 2021. Only 989 bottles produced.
