Chardonnay from a 0.091ha micro parcel in the Les Houardes vineyard located in the commune of Bouzy. Vines are south & southwest facing, growing on clay limestone soils. Indigenous yeast fermentation with maturation in oak barrel for 16 months. No fining nor filtration. Only 618 bottles produced
