& Extra Brut

This cuvée was created to compensate for losses due to climate change. Sometimes using a small portion from Les Beguines, the grapes are sourced from other growers that follow the same agriculture philosophy and Prévost and his team have control over harvest. The wine is mostly composed of Pinot Meunier (80%) from neighbouring vineyards in Gueux and Chardonnay (20%) from 1er Cru vines in Côte des Blancs. Vinification is more or less the same as Les Beguines.
