Chardonnay

Handpicked and whole bunch pressed then transferred to 228L French oak barrels while it rested on gross lees for 12 months during which malolactic conversion took place. Battonage was performed once while the wine was transferred to tank where it rested a further 6 months on lees. Bottled unfiltered and unfined.

Tasting Note: Bouquet of white flowers, stone & orchard fruits, and hints of orange zest & vanilla spice brings freshness and depth perfectly accompanied by its striking acidity.
