After handpicking and sorting, the grapes were gently destemmed without crushing to maintain whole berries before being gravity fed into open vat fermenters for a 3 to 5 day cold soak. Temperatures increased naturally allowing the cap to form which was punched down once or twice a day. Some vats also received extended skin maceration. The wine was transferred to French oak barrels for MLC, battonage, and 10 months ageing before being bottled unfiltered and unfined.

Tasting Note: Expressive bouquet of ripe red fruits, orange blossom and forest floor which leads to an elegant palate dominate by plush acidity, velvety tannins, and a long, lingering finish.
