Morey-Saint-Denis Clos Solon

40+ year old vines in the farm, farmed organically by farmer partners in Clos Solon parcel of Morey Saint Denis. The harvest is managed by the technical team at Domaine Arlaud. Natural fermentation with 14-18 months in oak barrel, 25% are new barrels.

Tasting Note: Slight reduction at the beginning opening up to aromas of cherry, wild raspberry, and redcurrants with a touch of a stony mineral note. Light to medium weight palate with a bright red fruit core, refreshing acid and hints of spice on the drying finish.
