Nuits Saint Georges Les Chaignots

Fruit grown by partner farmers in the 1er Cru lieux-dit of Les Chaignots in Nuits Saint Georges. The vines are 50+ years of age and are located on the Vosne Romanée side of the Nuits. Hand-harvested by the team from Domaine Arlaud, de-stemmed, and fermented with indigenous yeast. Aged for 14-18 months in French oak barrels (25% new), bottled unfined and unfiltered. Production is limited to 885 bottles.
