Bourgogne Aligoté

Very small production of 3000 bottles with fruit from various small clay/limestone plots mostly scattered around Morey, with vines averaging 40+ years. Natural ferment and aged in tank.

 Tasting Note: Aromas of peach, lemon, apple, pear, and green papaya with hints of honey, chamomile, and fresh hazelnut on the nose. Medium-bodied with wonderful richness and depth, a juicy core of citrus and orchard fruit, fresh acidity, a rounded texture, and mineral on the finish.
