Bourgogne Pinot Fin

Warm spring with frost mostly avoided. Hot/warm weather for spring and summer leading to an early harvest. Picking dates are essential due to the risk of rain. A plentiful harvest. A parent to the Pinot Noir, this 100% Pinot Fin comes from 4 parcels with the original vines planted in 1959. Vinified with 70% whole cluster, aged in oak (no new).

Tasting Note: Bright red fruit aromas of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, with rose petal and citrus zest. Medium-bodied with soft, round tannins, a core of juicy red fruit, fine length and hints of spice on the finish.
