Chambolle-Musigny

Fruit from 5 different parcels totalling 1.85ha south of the village, soils are rocky, rich in limestone, higher on the slope and generally cooler sites. Vines have an average age of 45 years. Vinified with 100% whole cluster and aged in oak (10% new).

Tasting Note: Aromas of redcurrant, red & dark cherry, plum, pomegranate with notes of forest floor, violets, soft spices on the nose. Fresh with lovely richness on the palate, juicy red fruit with an earthy undertone, lively acid, fine powdery tannin, great length on the finish.
