Les Éléments Gewürztraminer

Éléments is the range of single-varietal wines. Fruit from Beblenheim and Zellenberg, with some fruit from Grand Cru vineyards. Fermented and aged on lees in steel tanks for 11 months.

Tasting Note: Aromas of ripe pear and juicy peach with hints of rose on the nose. A round texture with generous fruit on the palate, a touch of citrus zest, fine acidity, off-dry, and nicely balanced.
