Schlossberg Riesling Grand Cru
Fruit from the south-facing Schlossberg vineyard in Kientzheim at 230-400m altitude. The topsoil of coarse and sandy clay soil with granite below. Vines average 20-45 years. Fermented and aged on lees in steel tanks until early September.
Tasting Note: Aromas of lime, white stone fruit with mint herb, and stone mineral. Intense and full of tension on the palate with vibrant acidity, bright lime citrus and stony mineral notes extending on the long salty finish.
