Fruit from 4 parcels-two on gravel soils, two on sandstone soils. The average vine age is 35 years. A blend of Aligoté Dorée & Aligoté Vert. Fermentation in stainless steel, maturation in old French oak.

Tasting Note: 2017 - Fresh aromas of citrus and orchard fruit with hints of beeswax. Medium-bodied with a round texture but precise with a bright, crisp lemon finish.
