PIC Saint Loup

Devastated by hailstorms 2 weeks before harvest, this wine is a blend of parcels that normally would be destined for the Simon, Métairies du Clos, and Glorieuses cuvées. Partial de-stemmed fruit, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, aged in barrique & large oak barrels.

Tasting Note: Aromas of fresh red & black fruit – cherry, plum blackberry with baking spice, pepper on the nose. Rich and supple on the palate with juicy black fruit, ripe tannin, balanced acidity, structured, and spice on the long finish.
