Côtes Du Rhône M’Arricriu

A blend of Grenache (35%), Cinsault (30%), Syrah (25%), and Counoise (10%) from a fairly windy vineyard in the Sabran village with soils dominant in sand and silt. Vines average 16-60 years of age. Manually harvested and fully destemmed, grapes are fermented and matured in tank for 5 months. 

M’arricriu translates to “I enjoy life” in Sicilian dialect.

Tasting Note: Aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, plum with hints of dried herb, licorice spice, black pepper, and violets on the nose. Medium-bodied, bright, and vibrant on the palate with a red & black fruit core, fresh acidity, fine tannin, slightly rustic, hints of spice on the finish.
