Bourgogne Blanc

A blend of 4 plots of younger vines from estate vineyards in the northern and southern ends of Puligny Montrachet. Aged on lees half in older oak and half in steel tank, less a very small portion (less than 10%) in new oak for 10 months.

Tasting Note: Aromas of lemon, lime, and green apple with hints of white flower, and stone mineral on the nose. Youthful and vibrant on the palate with crisp yellow fruit notes, fresh acidity, good depth and tension, and a drying mineral finish.
