Usually a blend of 2-3 vintages with grapes sourced from a vineyard west of Châteauneuf in Gard. A high proportion of Grenache (usually 90%) with some Mourvedre and maybe Syrah, Counoise, Vaccarese. May also have some declassified Châteauneuf in the blend. This will always have the hallmarks of a great Châteauneuf with freshness, depth & complexity.

Tasting Note: Aromas of spicy red & blackberries, herb, leather on the nose. Wild and multi-dimensional with fresh berry fruit on the palate, lovely mineral & earthy notes, good acidity, fine tannins, and good length on the finish. Very charming.
