Châteauneuf-du-Pape

The domaine’s regular bottling. It drinks sooner than the 2 top cuvées but still can age gracefully. Usually 90% Grenache with Mourvedre and small amounts of Syrah, Counoise, Vaccarese, between 3-5 ageing in old oak barrel and foudres. Every vintage is different & unique.

Tasting Note: Aromas of plum, figs, raspberry with mineral, smoked meat, white pepper on the nose. Precise and with good depth, spiced berry fruit with smoke & earthy notes, juicy acidity, fine tannin, a very elegant lengthy finish with a lot of complexity.
