Bourgogne Passetoutgrains

A blend of mostly Pinot Noir from younger vines around Chassagne & Puligny plus a parcel of Gamay Noir averaging 30 years of age. A 12 month maturation in older oak barrels.

Tasting Note: Bright aromas of raspberry, plum with violets, and earth on the nose. Ripe and round on the palate with fresh acidity, fine tannins, a juicy red & black fruit mid-palate with hints of mineral, and a pleasant austerity on the finish.
