Bouzeron Aligoté

Aligoté from a 0.71ha parcel in Bouzeron in the Côte Chalonnaise. Vinified in steel tank then transferred to oak barrels for a 12-15 month maturation.

Tasting Note: 2019 - Aromas of green melon, lemon, pear, green apple with hints of soft spice, white flower, orange oil on the nose. Medium bodied with good concentration in the palate, crisp acidity, balanced with a lovely chalk mineral finish.
