Fruit from parcels in Nantoux (a plot that reminds Jean-Philippe of Chablis due to fossilized oyster shells in the soil) and Auxey Duresses, a portion is of purchased fruit. Ageing in older oak for 12 months, no new oak.

Tasting Note: Aromas of lemon, green apple, crisp apricot with white flower, crushed rock on the nose. Racy with intense mineral on the palate, crisp orchard/citrus fruit, vibrant acidity, textural, very finessed, a long bitter lemon finish.
