Rully Blanc

A small négoce project has allowed Jean Philippe to source fruit from a parcel in Rully (Côte Chalonnaise) since 2014, farmed by a meticulous vigneron who share the same views. Aged in older larger oak barrels.

Tasting Note: Aromas of pear & apple with hints of white flower, and fennel on the nose. Medium body and round on the palate, a juicy orchard fruit core with balanced acidity, very pleasant with good length on a slightly mineral finish.
