Côtes du Roussillon Villages

Grapes from diverse terroir to create a blend of great concentration of the region. A total of 6ha from the communes of Lesquerde, Maury, Centernach (St Arnac) and St Paul de Fenouillet. Vines range from 60-100 years old on granite, clay-limestone, black schist soils. Vinified separate, plot by plot in old oak for 16 months.

Grapes in decreasing proportion: Carignan, Grenache, Lladoner-Pelut, Syrah, Macabeu.

Tasting Note: Aromas of cherry, blackberry, cassis, with hints of eucalyptus, stone mineral on the nose. Rich and plump with juicy berry fruit & earthy on the palate, fresh acidity, ripe tannin, balanced, hints of spice on the finish.
