Select hand-harvested, botrytized Gruner Veltliner from the Knoll family vineyards (Kreutles, Loibenberg, Kellerberg). Slow ferment in glass balloons & steel tank. A very special & rare sweet wine produced only with the ideal weather conditions, yields always very small, and not produced every year.

Tasting Note: Aromas of candied lemon, melon, tangerine, dried apricot, pineapple, ginger, caramel, honey, stonefruit jam, and white truffle on the nose. Sweet, lush and rich on the palate, amazing concentration of fruit & spices, fresh acidity, and great length on the finish. Will develop even further.
