Tasting Note: The grapes come from all the vineyards in Montlouis where the grapes have been left to hang longer. Always made in a demi-sec style, the wine shows unctuous notes of exotic fruits, citrus, and honey on the nose with fresh acidity to counteract the viscosity. Textual, intoxicating, and balanced. 14 g/L residual sugar.
