Tasting Note: Produced from Chidaine's estate in Vouvray that is mostly made up of clay soils with some chalky/limestone soils. Vinified dry, the wine shows notes of honey, citrus, pear, and apple with a hint of caramel. This wine is labelled as Vin de France due to the fact it is vinified in Montlouis.
