Touraine Rouge

Tasting Note: Equal parts Côt, Cabernet Franc, and Pinot d'Aunis come from biodynamically farmed vineyards around the villages of Montrichard and Chissay-en-Touraine. Good concentration where the varietals complement each other nicely. On the nose, there is a faint minerality, a pepper note and red fruits. Medium tannins, moderate complexity, and length. Lots of character and bright acidity!
