Les Choisilles

Tasting Note: Estate blend from Montlouis where the grapes are left to hang longer, much like the Les Tuffeaux, however it is vinified dry. The nose shows tropical fruits, truffle, candied citrus peel and quince paste. Full bodied, but bright acidity and minerality on the finish that just won't quit.
