Atagonomatsu Sparkling

Undisclosed rice (grown in Japan), milled down to 55%. A special release sparkling sake with a touch of sweetness yet still keeping true to its sake qualities.

Aromas of orchard fruit including fuji apple, Asian pear with a hint of muscat grape & citrus rind on the nose. Off-dry with a fruity core, fine bubbles, good acidity, and bright and refreshing on the finish. Enjoy chilled in a champagne flute.
