Made of local rice from Miyagi prefecture called, “Kuranohana.” This sake exhibits pleasantly fresh and fruity aromas with fine acidity and pure characteristics. Fluffy and delicate bouquet of citrus fruit accompanied by a lovely mouthfeel. Excellent for pairing with Japanese fine cuisines such as sashimi, sushi and tempura.
