Junmai Ginjo Kanbashi
鳳凰美田 “芳” 純米吟醸
Oyamanishiki rice milled down to 55%, grown locally in the prefecture of Tochigi. Oyamanishiki is a relatively new sake rice originally developed in Toyama prefecture and is favoured for its large shinpaku and thick stems which keep the rice upright during poor weather conditions. Grown organically and chemical-free by a contract grower Kanbashi Fujita, whose name takes on the name of the sake. A sake with good power and good depth in flavour, enjoy chilled, room temperature and slightly warmed.
