鳳凰美田 芳 Premium 純米大吟醸

Tomi no Kaori rice that is milled down to 50%, grown organically and chemical-free in Tochigi by grower Kanbashi Fujita, whose label bears his name. Brewed in the traditional Kimoto method, this sake shows purity with great power and concentration. Fruity aromatics unfold into a rich, rounded texture with ginjo notes on the finish. A genshu sake aged in -10 Celsius for 3 years before release. The pinnacle of the Hououbiden lineup and is what is truly the essence of the philosophies of Kobayashi Brewery and grower Kanbashi Fujita. Enjoy chilled but also slightly warmed to bring out the delicate rice umami.
