上川大雪 特別純米 きたしずく

Brewed with a local rice variety called “Kitashizuku” that is polished down to 60%. This Tokubetsu Junmai sake is brewed using yeast that produces higher aromas and less acidity (Yeast No.1001). Notes of melon and cantaloupe with balanced umami with a sharp finish, this sake pairs well with a wide variety of cuisines.
