Brewed with a local rice variety called, “Suisei” that is polished down to 60%. This Tokubetsu Junmai sake is brewed using the yeast that produces higher aromas and less acidity (Yeast No.1001). Notes of melon and cantaloupe with balanced umami, this sake pairs well with a wide variety of cuisines.
