This Gold Medal Junmai Daiginjo from Kozaemon is not only made with the same specs as their competition sake - it’s the exact sake they entered into the competition. Same tank, same cut, the same portion of the prestigious tank! Extremely limited sake and each one is filled by hand, numbered and ready for a really big dinner party. 4.5L is a play on words and it’s 2.5 bottles of isshobin (1.8 L), which means “more and more business”.
