Kouro Miyamanishiki Jikagumi
小左衛門 香露 美山錦 直汲
Bottled immediately after pressing, without any contact with the air, this sake obtains and preserves the light, sparkling “Jikagumi” taste. This sake is brewed with Miyamanishiki polished to 55% and with, “Kouro” yeast (or Yeast No.9,) from Kumamoto prefecture. This yeast is suited to making aromatic and clean ginjo style sakes.
