Hyakunen No Kodoku Shochu, One Hundred Years Of Solitude

黑木本店 百年の孤独

“百年の孤独.” was named after the novel by Gabriel García Márquez, “One Hundred Years of Solitude” (1967), the Nobel Prize-winning novel. Brewed with carefully selected ingredients including handcrafted Koji and naturally soft water, this shochu is single pot-distilled and undergoes minimal filtration. Following 3-5 years of maturation in oak barrels, the colour is amber with great depth, complexity and voluptuous sweetness, and a touch of oak seasoning.
