Only the most flavourful initial drops of Shochu called, “Hanatare,” (runny nose!), are bottled for 
“爆弾ハナタレ,” (Bakudan Hanatare). This shochu is beautifully aromatic and elegant on the palate with notes of orchard fruits and earth. Aged for two years in bottle.
