Daiginjo Shizuku
黒龍 大吟醸しずく
Kokuryu Daiginjo Shizuku is extremely limited in production, released in June and October every year. Shizuku pressing (drip pressing) that results in a much clearer sake. This sake has a balanced sweetness and acidity, with an exceptionally clean finish. This Daiginjo can be enjoyed on its own, or with light, elegant dishes.
