Daiginjo No. 88

黒龍 大吟醸 八十八号

Extremely limited in production, Kokuryu No.88 is produced only once a year in the winter. The name No.88 is derived from the brewery’s tank No.88, which was used to produce their sake for submission Japan’s National sake competition. Floral and aromatic on the nose, with hints of muscat and honeydew. This sake has a balanced sweetness and acidity, with a clean and sharp finish. This Daiginjo can be enjoyed on its own, or with light, elegant dishes.
