Gohyakumangoku milled down to 65%, grown locally within Fukui. Clean with aromas of apple, kiwi, fresh green herb, pistachio and flower. Good richness and depth on the palate with a lovely balance of umami and bitter nuances, good length on the finish. Enjoy chilled but recommended warmed (up to 50C).
