Gohyakumangoku milled down to 55%, grown locally within Fukui. Clean and crisp with notes of orange peel, pear, ginger, cereal grain, and nutmeg. Good richness with a silky texture, with hints of umami on a drying finish. Enjoy slightly chilled.
